2. Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years old to use InnaThanak.LK. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- •You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3. User Accounts
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
4. Property Listings
- •You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of property information you post on the platform. All listings must represent real, available properties.
- •Listings that are misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or that promote illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
- •We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines, without prior notice, and to take appropriate action against the account holder.
5. Intellectual Property
- •All content, features, and functionality on InnaThanak.LK — including text, graphics, logos, AI technology, and software — are owned by InnaThanak.LK and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
6. AI Services
- •Our AI agent Sara provides property search assistance, recommendations, and market insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
- •AI-generated property valuations, market insights, and recommendations should not be considered professional financial or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making property decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- •InnaThanak.LK is a platform connecting property seekers and listers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of properties, or the outcome of any transactions. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
8. Indemnification
- •You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnaThanak.LK, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
- •These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
10. Changes to Terms
- •We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
